Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for ADCO’s AI-enabled project operations
Define clear business objectives, success metrics, and ROI for AI and process initiatives
Prioritize initiatives based on operational impact, adoption risk, and business value
Lead teams through the modernization of legacy workflows across estimating, engineering, procurement, accounting, and field operations
Identify inefficiencies and design future-state processes that are scalable and practical
Drive adoption through structured change management, training, and feedback loops
Serve as the single point of accountability between business stakeholders and technical teams
Partner with operations leaders, project executives, and field leadership to align priorities
Translate executive vision into executable operational initiatives
Guide the use of AI and analytics as decision-support tools, not black boxes
Ensure AI systems reflect ADCO’s cost structures, workflows, and execution logic
Validate AI outputs to ensure trust, accuracy, and relevance
Roll out solutions incrementally with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
Monitor adoption and performance, adjusting strategy as needed
Build repeatable playbooks for future transformation efforts
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Product Management, Process Improvement, Operations Strategy, or Transformation leadership
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational or operational change
Experience modernizing or scaling legacy operational systems
Strong business judgment and prioritization skills
Ability to build business cases and articulate ROI
Excellent communication across executive, operational, and technical audiences
Preferred
Construction, engineering, or asset-heavy industry experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or AI concepts
Experience partnering with data, software, or IT teams
Ability to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions
