Responsibilities
Inspect motors, pulleys and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists
Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery
Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts
Repair or replace parts and reassemble equipment
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Some knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in heating and cooling equipment and machinery
Works effectively in a team
Follows verbal instructions and adheres to policies and procedures
Adaptable and flexible in work situations
Prioritizes tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner
PRACTICES WORKPLACE SAFETY in the use of tools, equipment, and supplies used in repair of HVAC equipment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
