Be the Face of the Wire 3 Movement– Proudly represent our brand by engaging directly with the community. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building strong relationships with potential customers
Sell with a Purpose – Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution
Stay Sharp on Market Trends – Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead
Own Your Success – Meet and exceed sales goals by actively building and managing your pipeline. Your drive and determination will directly impact your success!

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and engage with others
Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor, fostering positive interactions with team members and clients

Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time-management skills
Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad)
Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals
Dependable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
Ability to pass a criminal background check
High School Diploma or GED
Seeking a long-term career opportunity
Ability to work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions
Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking long distances and enduring extended hours in the Florida sun and heat
