Continuous Improvement Manager
Storm4 is a global Battery Manufacturing organization specializing in Lithium-Ion and Nickel-Cadmium batteries for emergency backup power applications. They are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance operational excellence and foster a culture of accountability and performance across the site.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and sustain site-wide continuous improvement and operational excellence programs
Lead cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and develop actionable improvement plans
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TPS/Toyota Way, and related methodologies to improve processes and outcomes
Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching to build internal CI capability
Partner with site and functional leadership to align improvement initiatives with business objectives
Conduct audits, assessments, and maturity reviews to ensure compliance with excellence standards
Benchmark industry best practices and drive adoption of innovative improvement approaches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated success in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation roles
Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
