Global Service Delivery Manager

NetworkPedia is a certified women-owned technology and talent solutions company, providing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and specialized recruitment. They are seeking a Global Service Delivery Manager to lead the design, build-out, and expansion of a Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem across multiple regions, focusing on governance, operational models, and delivery standards to support global growth.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the foundational GDC framework, including governance, operating model, KPIs, workforce planning, and knowledge management
Stand up new GDC locations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring readiness for rapid scale and alignment with global standards
Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks, transition models, and centers-of-excellence to support growth to 500+ delivery resources
Lead the end-to-end transition and rollout of the enterprise IT service catalogue to new and existing GDCs
Partner with Senior Directors and Managing Directors across Infrastructure, Service Desk, Cloud, Applications, Security, and other IT towers
Oversee SOP creation, documentation, knowledge base development, and operational integration
Serve as the executive point of contact for global delivery expansion initiatives
Align closely with senior operational and practice leaders on resourcing, performance standards, and delivery expectations
Drive strong collaboration between corporate, regional, and local delivery teams
Establish performance metrics, reporting structures, and continuous improvement programs across all GDC locations
Implement global delivery best practices, automation, and standardization to ensure scalability and consistency
Champion a culture of quality, efficiency, innovation, and client-centric delivery

Big 4 consulting experience is required
10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services
Proven track record building or scaling multi-region Global Delivery Centers
Experience supporting enterprise IT towers (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Applications)
Strong understanding of ITIL-based operations and multi-tower service integration
Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
Experience working in complex, multinational environments
Fluent, professional English (verbal and written)

Preferred

Big 4 consulting background
Experience with nearshore and offshore delivery models
Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (200–500+ resources)
PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications
