Scout Global is a Series B AI/ML start-up looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing GTM team. The role involves executing enterprise sales, designing territory strategies, and engaging with technical stakeholders to drive account expansion in the ML/AI space.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing high-value enterprise deals across North America, with a focus on companies with >5,000 employees
Design and execute strategic plans to grow your territory. Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and revenue forecasting
Translate platform value into tailored solutions for technical buyers, including data science, CTOs, VPs of AI/ML, and ML Engineers
Understand the ML/AI development lifecycle, and work closely with customers during technical trials and evaluations
Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Customer Success to ensure long-term growth within existing enterprise accounts
Engage as a trusted advisor and long-term partner with technical stakeholders throughout the AI/ML organization
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and in-person events when required

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience selling enterprise-grade technical solutions to data science, ML, or engineering teams
Demonstrated success in closing $100K+ annual contracts and managing $1M+ annual quotas
Proven ability to sell technical AI/ML/MLOps solutions, with deep familiarity with common workflows and stakeholders
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, early-stage start-up environment
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and in-person events when required

Preferred

technical education or background in data science/ML
