Responsibilities

Own and drive the company's operating cadence including OKRs and planning cycles
Translate company strategy into execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve them across teams
Partner with Engineering and Product to understand infrastructure and scaling constraints
Enhance go-to-market strategies through improved pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy
Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and key performance metrics
Lead cross-functional initiatives with a consulting-style approach to problem-solving

Qualification

Technical backgroundMBA from top-tier institution8+ years operations experienceManagement consulting experienceExperience in high-growth environments

Required

Technical background in engineering, data, infra or similar fields essential
MBA from a top-tier institution required
8+ years of experience in operations roles within infra/developer-focused/SaaS companies
Prior management consulting experience, preferably from MBB or equivalent
Experience in high-growth, scaling environments is crucial
