Mid LevelProclinical Staffing is seeking an Analytical Development Scientist for a contract role in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will focus on developing, qualifying, and transferring analytical methods for various materials to support both internal and external processes.

Responsibilities
Develop, qualify, and transfer GC, HPLC, UPLC, and mass spectrometry-based assays for various materials
Identify impurity profiles and provide data to establish impurity limits
Apply advanced scientific principles and practices to process and analytical development
Author and review method development and qualification reports, SOPs, and transfer-qualification protocols
Provide analytical support to internal teams and external partners
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field
Expertise in chromatographic separation method development and qualification
Strong knowledge of gas and liquid phase chromatographic separation mechanisms
Proficiency in structure characterization and elucidation using mass spectrometry and NMR data
Experience with Waters and Agilent UHPLC and Mass Spectrometry hardware
Excellent communication, writing, and reviewing skills
Preferred
Familiarity with software such as Empower, Masslynx, Masshunter, and XCalibur CDS
