Investigate and Resolve Claims: Identify, analyze, and resolve claim denials and rejections. Collaborate closely with billing, coding, and financial services teams to ensure seamless claims processing
Optimize Revenue Cycles: Generate and analyze claims data to identify patterns, reduce denials, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency
Communication Champion: Serves as a bridge between healthcare providers and payers, facilitating clear, effective communication
Ensure Compliance: Uphold healthcare regulations and company policies, keeping detailed, accurate records of claim statuses, payments, and adjustments

Required

High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years in medical accounts receivable, claims processing, or medical billing
Associate's Degree with 4+ years in the field
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in healthcare claims and billing

Familiarity with claims management software and EHR systems like Epic or NextGen
