Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech environment
Experience hiring for global teams across various time zones
Strong skills in passive talent engagement and stakeholder partnership
Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Proven success in sourcing for senior-level roles across diverse functions
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
