Responsibilities
Build and maintain system images for new server models procured as part of cutter recapitalization efforts
Support hardware and software components of the Cutter Server Edge Computing Stack
Engineer and support edge environments capable of hosting AI workloads, GPU acceleration, virtualization platforms, and container-based technologies
Collaborate with system administrators, network teams, and stakeholders to ensure edge computing solutions meet operational and performance requirements
Support integration, testing, and troubleshooting of edge computing platforms in support of mission needs
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret clearance
DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+, CND, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience
6+ years' experience performing systems engineering in an enterprise DoD environment
Hands-on experience engineering and supporting virtualization platforms and containerized environments in a DoD or enterprise setting
Experience supporting systems with GPU acceleration or high-performance computing workloads
Preferred
Experience integrating, testing, and troubleshooting mission systems in constrained or mission environments strongly preferred
