Responsibilities

Serve as BGCA's primary strategic partner for Southeast CEOs and senior leadership
Translate national strategies into effective regional execution while respecting local contexts
Lead organizational growth initiatives including market expansion and mergers
Strengthen governance and performance across diverse organizations
Advance collective impact efforts with stakeholders across the region
Champion data-driven tools to enhance organizational effectiveness
Protect and elevate the BGCA brand as a regional ambassador

Required

Proven experience leading $5M+ organizations with multiple locations and diverse funding sources

Experience in revenue generation and strategy development in mission-driven contexts
Skilled in facilitating relationships and guiding teams through difficult conversations
Deep understanding of cultural and regional diversity, particularly in the Southeast
Track record of empowering teams while holding individuals accountable for results
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8-10 years in progressive leadership roles
