Vice President of Sales
CyberForce Global is a high-growth AI security start-up aiming to become a leader in the AI Security Operations Centre market. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale their go-to-market function, focusing on revenue growth and building a world-class enterprise sales organization.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a bold, market-leading sales strategy that accelerates adoption of category-defining AI SOC solutions
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organisation with a strong, accountable culture
Design and optimise best-in-class sales playbooks, forecasting frameworks, and performance metrics to drive consistent overachievement
Personally lead strategic, high-value deals, unlock key partnerships, and drive pipeline creation across the cyber security ecosystem
Partner closely with the executive team to translate breakthrough AI technology into sustained commercial success
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience succeeding in early-stage or hyper-growth cyber security start-ups, with a demonstrable track record
Proven ability to scale ARR from $5–10M to $20–30M+ through disciplined execution and strong leadership
Exceptional people leadership skills, with a history of hiring, developing, and inspiring high-calibre enterprise sales teams
Deep expertise in enterprise cyber security sales and GTM strategy, with strong commercial instincts and deal leadership
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving, ambiguous start-up environment
Preferred
Experience in application security or adjacent domains is a strong advantage and a fast path to outsized impact
