Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product design across web and mobile, from concept through launch and iteration
Design features and experiences driven by real user needs, including live data, video, and interactive content
Lead full-stack UX/UI execution with a strong focus on visual and interaction craft
Partner closely with product managers to frame problems, iterate quickly, and ship high-impact solutions
Apply and extend the design system while supporting ongoing brand evolution across digital products
Create thoughtful interaction patterns, micro-interactions, and motion to enhance usability and clarity
Prototype and test ideas at multiple levels of fidelity using modern design tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, content, and data teams
Balance speed and quality while managing multiple projects at once
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience designing and shipping complex digital products (portfolio required)
Strong product thinking with exceptional visual, UX, and interaction design skills
Motion/Interaction Design
Proven experience designing across web and mobile platforms
Deep understanding of design systems and scalable UI patterns
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions and tradeoffs
Passion for craft and continuous improvement
