Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the IT Project Management Office (PMO), establishing governance, tools, and standardized delivery methodologies
Ensure successful delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology projects on time and within budget
Maintain visibility across the project and application portfolio, providing clear reporting, risk management, and escalation
Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including planning, deployment, optimization, and retirement
Provide leadership across community-centric applications supporting resident care, clinical operations, dining, workforce scheduling, maintenance, and life safety
Lead corporate application platforms, including ERP, accounting, CRM, HCM, payroll, compliance, procurement, and business intelligence systems
Drive system integration, automation, performance, and reliability across platforms
Lead internal and external application development teams, ensuring disciplined SDLC practices, testing, and documentation
Govern enhancement and integration priorities aligned with business value
Support modernization initiatives including cloud migration, enterprise data integration, analytics, and data warehouse development
Guide responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools
Build and mentor high-performing project and application teams
Partner with business and IT leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational strategy
Develop budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics for project and application portfolios
Ensure compliance with SOX controls, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise IT projects and PMO functions, preferably in Senior Living, Healthcare, Hospitality or multi-site environments
Experience managing large application portfolios and ERP systems (Yardi or similar preferred)
Proven success in cloud migration, cybersecurity initiatives, and data integration projects
Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills
Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the business
