They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop customer relationships, support marketing plans, and achieve sales goals through effective communication and lead generation.

Responsibilities
Uncover dealer needs and present the appropriate solution
Follow up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
90% Client time via phone calls and video conferences
Campaign Outreach and Follow Up
Develop leads and generate new opportunities
Communication with internal and external partners
Daily communication with manager and weekly 1:1 meeting
Ensure competitors do not penetrate accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction through:
+ Continual customer engagement and follow up
+ Product and industry knowledge
Become a student of the industry always willing to learn and adapt
Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage pipeline, client interactions and provide accurate weekly forecast to your manager
Manage deals within financial parameters
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail oriented and results driven
Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
2-5+ sales experience – inside or outside – preferably in SaaS technology sales
Advanced time management skills
Microsoft Office Skills
Experience using Salesforce
Preferred
Automotive experience
Database/ Equity mining knowledge
Elead CRM knowledge
