Responsibilities
You will be integrating behavioral health into physical health during care transitions by leading the implementation, development, and operations for their clinical service model
The Vice President of Clinical Operations have operational focus around accelerating development, lead implementation and operations of the clinical service and ensure service success
You will also have strategic and growth responsibilities around partnering with the executive team to set the vision for exceptional clinical operations, collaborate with the organization stakeholders to develop a comprehensive care navigation strategy, identifying areas of business growth, and developing and executing initiatives to expand the organization reach and impact
Qualification
Required
Experience within a behavioral health organization
Experience as a Director of Operations of 5+ years or experience as a Vice President of Clinical Operations or above for 3+ years
A Clinical license / qualification e.g. nurse, social worker
Experience of leading and / or operating within either care management, case management or care coordination
Experience of executive presence and the ability to build relationships with key internal and external executives
Driven to be hands-on, and build and motivate the team
