Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client requests, providing timely and accurate responses
Enter, process, and manage customer orders from quote through invoicing
Generate customized quotes and proposals based on client needs
Coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and delivery to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Provide responsive customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly
Act as a communication link between customers, sales personnel, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in order entry, order processing, or customer service in a technical/manufacturing environment
General mechanical aptitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Experience using ERP/CRM or order/project management software (e.g., JobScope or similar)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
