Order Management Rep
Sterling is a company that focuses on customer satisfaction and is seeking an Order Management Representative. The role involves interacting with customers, distributors, and manufacturers to ensure order accuracy and address any issues that arise pre-and post-delivery.

Responsibilities
Receive customer requests for assistance and issues via email and phone, address issues and coordinate with account managers and customer success managers to appropriately respond
Communicate with distributors, manufacturers, partners to ascertain product shipment information and order status
Accurately and quickly document software and license information
Maintain detailed records of sales activity in Salesforce
Coordinate and communicate with Sterling’s order management reps to ensure timely shipment and delivery of product to meet customer delivery schedules
Assist, coordinate, and document in resolving issues/returns with customers
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Salesforce or similar CRM
1 – 3 years of customer service or related experience is required
Able to communicate via phone / email with customers and communicate, coordinate, and work effectively with coworkers
Very organized. Detailed and task-oriented worker
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Capable of working in a high-paced, demanding sales environment
Capable of understanding and working within a well-defined process workflow
Customer service-oriented mentality. Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers
Problem solving ability
Basic, general knowledge of IT products
