This role involves hands-on outdoor work, assisting with various installation tasks under the direction of a Crew Leader and Production Manager.

Responsibilities
Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects, including:
Grading and site preparation
Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
Sod installation
Drainage work
Hardscape construction (pavers, walls, patios, etc.)
Follow work orders and instructions from Crew Leaders and management
Load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issues
Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment in good working condition
Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions, progress, and material needs
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Represent Sarver Landscape with courteous and professional customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Prior landscape or hardscape installation experience
Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team
Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Commitment to safety and a positive team environment
