Senior Marketing Manager

The Sr. Marketing Manager will support the client’s HR Go-to-Market team by shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop measurable go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

Lead go-to-market strategy for priority Org initiatives that require executive alignment, enterprise-wide adoption, or change management
Partner with Org leaders to define clear purpose, outcomes, and success metrics for each initiative
Develop multi-channel communication strategies aligned to enterprise and HR narratives
Create messaging frameworks, positioning, and value propositions tailored to leaders and employees
Coordinate brand strategy, creative direction, and channel execution across stakeholders
Support leader readiness and business enablement through toolkits, talk tracks, and guidance
Own measurement and reporting for strategic initiatives, using insights to drive optimization
Integrate AI thoughtfully into strategy development, segmentation, delivery, or measurement where appropriate
Provide ongoing marketing and communications support for sustained 3P programs
Apply standardized messaging frameworks and audience segmentation to ensure clarity and consistency
Identify and recommend the most effective channels while minimizing complexity and effort
Manage light leader talking points, change communications, and content refreshes
Support a flexible, scalable delivery model that enables efficient execution across programs
Maintain updates, corrections, and continuous improvements to existing materials
Act as an advisor or consultant on emerging, experimental, or time-boxed initiatives
Support hypothesis-driven pilots, including success criteria and lightweight measurement plans
Provide limited-scope communications or storytelling support for innovation efforts
Enable rapid feedback loops and iteration
Partner with senior communications leaders, 3P program owners, and GTM leads
Collaborate with internal creative, channel, digital, and analytics teams
Influence without authority and navigate complex, matrixed environments
Present strategies and insights with clarity to senior leaders and stakeholders

Required

7 to 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, internal communications, or HR go-to-market roles
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or multi-program marketing strategies
Strong ability to translate ambiguity and complexity into clear, actionable plans
Experience supporting change, transformation, or adoption-driven initiatives
Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills
Experience working within HR, People teams, or enterprise internal communications
Familiarity with large-scale change management and employee experience initiatives
Experience operating within a tiered or intake-based support model
Data fluency and comfort defining success metrics for internal programs
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
