Responsibilities
Provide customer service to guests, employees, and vendors while carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout interior areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and ATM or night depository areas as assigned
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, following visitor management procedures, and directing individuals to the appropriate areas
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and medical incidents, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required
Observe and report suspicious activity, security-related concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues to the appropriate contacts for follow up
Use surveillance systems and security-related equipment as assigned, including cameras, radios, and access control systems, and report malfunctions promptly
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity reports in accordance with site procedures
Communicate professionally with site personnel, local public sector partners, and/or Allied Universal leadership to support coordinated response and daily operations
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
