Responsibilities
Lead multi-site facilities operations, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects
Oversee vendor relationships and landlord coordination for optimal building performance
Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and energy tracking programs
Direct real estate strategy including site acquisition and lease administration
Manage construction contracts and vendor performance to align with operational needs
Oversee the enterprise-wide physical security program including incident response
Lead and mentor a diverse team while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or Business Administration
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, real estate, or physical security, preferably in healthcare environments
Strong knowledge of facilities operations, real estate transactions, security systems, and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
