Responsibilities
Draft review and organize estate planning documents and related correspondence
Support attorneys with estate planning estate administration and probate matters
Prepare and manage filings and deadlines for estate administration matters
Prepare and manage filings and deadlines for federal gift and estate tax returns
Maintain accurate records within the firms document management system
Communicate professionally with high net worth clients attorneys and third parties
Assist with calendar management deadlines expense processing and special projects
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
One to three years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Confident professional communication style
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Estates wills and trusts experience preferred but not required
