Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR team to support workforce planning and employee development
Analyze operational data and provide regular performance reports to the Regional Vice President
Reinforce all company safety programs and ensure employee safety
Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement Manager for regional operations
Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence across the region
Assist with strategic projects within Continuous Improvement initiatives led by Store Operations team
Partner with Finance to develop budgets and monitor financial performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on multi-site leadership
Proven track record of driving operational performance and achieving strategic objectives
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
