Responsibilities
Identifying critical business issues, risks, and growth opportunities; applying analytics, and structuring work plans to solve complex problems
Analyzing findings to develop insights and recommendations for senior management
Productively engaging and collaborating with individuals at all levels and across all functional and geographic areas; leading multiple cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Managing assignments and resources over discrete time periods with minimal intervention
Leveraging technical, analytical, interpersonal and management skills across all areas to implement projects across the organization
Ensuring that the strategy of the organization is translated to actionable, quantifiable, and measurable market-level plans
Articulating company strategies to all relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree plus significant experience in management consulting or strategic planning/corporate strategy or finance/investment banking or product management, ideally in the consumer products industry
5 years of overall work experience
2 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning/corporate strategy, finance/investment banking, or product management
Demonstrated problem solving ability, including strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to turn findings into executable plans
Ability to generate innovative insights from analysis and develop and implement new methodologies and analyses to drive actionable results
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to results, experience in a matrix corporate environment, a plus
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects, adjust priorities as needed, and meet deadlines
Ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels
Excellent written, oral, and formal communication skills
Advanced capability in use of spreadsheets, databases, data analysis and presentation tools
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience with consumer-packaged goods or large retailers is preferred
