Responsibilities
Requirements Architecture (40%): Lead elicitation sessions to map current "as-is" processes and define "to-be" functional requirements for the new platform
Gap Analysis (20%): Conduct deep-dive comparisons of system functionalities, identifying discrepancies in workflow logic, email triggers, and PDF generation requirements
Development Collaboration (30%): Partner daily with System Advisors to track build progress, maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Strategic Reporting (10%): Provide weekly status packages to executive leadership, managing risks, blockers, and project milestones
Current-State Inventory: Process maps and field inventories of the existing MS PowerAutomate/Excel environment
Future-State Specs: Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) including branching logic, conditional triggers, and data capture rules
Data & Reporting Strategy: Mapping specifications to ensure legacy Excel data aligns with new Jotform submissions for unified PowerBI dashboards
Testing Suite: Master Test Plans and scripts validating all workflow paths and data exports
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Business Analysis experience (Elicitation, Documentation, Gap Analysis, and Testing)
Strong Methodology Knowledge: Mastery of BABOK Guide principles and the SDLC
Public Sector Experience: Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into system requirements
Jotform: Experience with advanced form building and workflow automation
Microsoft PowerBI: Skill in defining metrics, KPIs, and data transformation rules
Microsoft PowerAutomate & Excel: Deep understanding of legacy automated flows and complex data structures
