Responsibilities

Assist in directing work activities of other distribution associates related to receiving, storing, cycle counts, picks, packs and shipping materials
Responsible for moderately complex assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are necessary in resolving problems and making recommendations
Assists in developing new techniques and procedures that lead to greater department efficiency

Qualification

Leadership in distributionContinuous improvementTechnical knowledgeDecision makingHigh School diploma

Required

High School diploma and 5+ years of experience
Ability to make decisions that impact department function to hit operational targets and resource allocation
Uses ability and experience to develop specialized technical knowledge and/or skills in work area
