Ability to manage day-to-day job site operations for large-scale custom and spec homes ranging from $10M–$22M
Oversee field teams, ensure schedules and quality standards are met, and manage subcontractor performance
Coordinate closely with project managers and attend weekly in-office meetings with the team
Take ownership of the project timeline, safety protocols, site logistics, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the build
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience supervising high-end luxury residential construction projects, ideally in Paradise Valley
Ability to manage day-to-day job site operations for large-scale custom and spec homes ranging from $10M–$22M
Familiarity with local vendors, subcontractors, and luxury homebuilding processes in the Paradise Valley area
Oversee field teams, ensure schedules and quality standards are met, and manage subcontractor performance
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional yet approachable demeanor
Coordinate closely with project managers and attend weekly in-office meetings with the team
Take ownership of the project timeline, safety protocols, site logistics, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the build
Preferred
Proficiency in Buildertrend or similar project management software is a plus
