Design enterprise Power BI datasets and semantic models
Define KPI logic and business rules for finance reporting
Build standardized dashboards for FP&A and Accounting
Optimize Power BI performance, refresh strategies, and governance
Partner with ERP and upstream system teams
Document models and support user enablement

Qualification

Required

Deep Power BI expertise (DAX, modeling, performance)
Strong SQL and analytical modeling skills
Experience supporting financial reporting functions

Ability to work independently in complex environments

Data governance collaboration experience
