Responsibilities
Monitor critical investment and investor activity across multiple portfolios and custodian banks
Ensure timely and accurate settlement of transactions, including cash receipts and distributions
Develop a deep understanding of portfolio holdings, transactions, and investment terms
Oversee third-party service providers responsible for posting activity to the general ledger
Maintain portfolio activity in a parallel portfolio accounting system (Investran)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in investment accounting or fund accounting
Strong understanding of NAV calculations, reconciliations, and portfolio operations
Experience working with custodians and third-party fund administrators
Preferred
Experience supporting hedge funds, private equity funds, or alternative investments
Familiarity with hybrid fund structures
Experience with portfolio accounting systems such as Investran
Exposure to derivative instruments (e.g., total return swaps, forward currency contracts)
