Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with contracts within the assigned region/Business Unit
Track and manage financial operations, including invoicing and accounts receivable
Maintain client knowledge and understand the relationship dynamics
Handle timely renewal processes and negotiate contracts
Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and standards
Oversee business planning and budgeting for the region
Plan for staffing needs and foster client relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Finance
10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of experience as an Area Account Executive for national accounts
5 years of claims or supervisory experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and leadership/management capabilities
Preferred
Professional designations (CPCU, AIC, ARM)
