Responsibilities
Design, train & productionize scalable ML models (NLP, time-series forecasting, recommendation)
Develop data pipelines with Airflow & Spark for feature engineering and real-time inference
Containerize model serving on AWS EKS and optimize for low-latency, high-throughput workloads
Collaborate with product, design & engineering to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing apps
Implement MLOps best practices: automated retraining, monitoring, A/B testing & model governance

Required
Senior AI Engineer (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Design, train & productionize scalable ML models (NLP, time-series forecasting, recommendation)
Develop data pipelines with Airflow & Spark for feature engineering and real-time inference
Containerize model serving on AWS EKS and optimize for low-latency, high-throughput workloads
Collaborate with product, design & engineering to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing apps
Implement MLOps best practices: automated retraining, monitoring, A/B testing & model governance
Stack: Python 3.9+, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, FastAPI, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, Spark, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS SageMaker, AWS Lambda, Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Prometheus, Grafana
Preferred
Experience with credit-risk modelling or recommender systems in Fintech
Production-scale data engineering (Spark, Kafka)
Familiarity with explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
