Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for reinsurance software
Partner with clients, subject matter experts, and engineering teams to translate business needs into functional solutions
Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings
Create and maintain key BSA deliverables, including requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Support data analysis, system design, UAT, and customer training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to product innovation
Qualification
Required
4-5+ years of reinsurance domain expertise, including accounting and treaty structures
BA/BS degree
Experience with major reinsurance software platforms
Working knowledge of quota share, excess of loss, surplus, stop loss, catastrophe, fac, and treaty reinsurance
Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools
Background in P&C insurance or reinsurance
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
