Responsibilities
Drive wage & hour class/collective actions from certification through trial and settlement
Litigate discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims in federal/state courts
Draft complaints, oppositions, and appellate briefs in high-impact employment matters
Take and defend depositions of executives, HR, and key witnesses
Negotiate strong settlements and prepare cases for jury trials that hold employers accountable
Qualification
Required
Experience in employment litigation, specifically in wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower cases
Ability to drive wage & hour class/collective actions from certification through trial and settlement
Experience litigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims in federal/state courts
Proficiency in drafting complaints, oppositions, and appellate briefs in high-impact employment matters
Experience taking and defending depositions of executives, HR, and key witnesses
Ability to negotiate strong settlements and prepare cases for jury trials
