Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions. Act as a SFMC expert and collaborate with business partners to solve complex and critical business solutions
Partner with clients to understand business needs, define technical requirements, and ensure alignment with their marketing strategy
Design and implement solutions that unify customer data, leveraging third-party data sources and systems to deliver real-time insights and personalized marketing strategies, enabling seamless customer journeys
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; work closely with project managers, developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFMC platform
Stay up to date with SFMC enhancements and identify opportunities for innovation within client engagements
Demonstrate the ability to influence business teams to maximize the applications being developed, leveraging the best solutions
Support pre-sales activities; assist in scoping and estimating projects, developing proposals, and presenting solutions to customers

Required

6+ years of proven marketing experience, including stakeholder and campaign management
4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience in creating marketing automation strategies and multi-channel journey orchestration
Expertise in enabling advanced segmentation and data-driven journey orchestration with the power of CDP/Data Cloud and taking highly conceptual business needs and translating them into a solution that can be effectively implemented
Strong presentation and communication skills
Enthusiastic, professional, and confident team player with a strong focus on customer success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions

Preferred

2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (PKA Pardot)
