Act as the chief enterprise leader for the Pacific region, guiding local CEOs and Boards
Translate national strategy into regional impact with respect for local autonomy
Build and lead a high-performing regional leadership team, ensuring accountability and priority clarity
Scale organizational capacity and elevate sustainability and impact across the region
Drive revenue diversification and improve funding strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor during critical organizational moments and transitions
Champion data-driven decision-making to enhance youth outcomes and program quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor s degree in business or related field is required
8-10 years experience in a multi-site, mission-driven organization
Proven ability to partner with Boards and strengthen governance
Demonstrated success in resource development and team management
Experience leading organizations with complex governance and diverse revenue streams
