Ability to handle diverse areas such as rollovers, withdrawals, and retirement
Qualification
Required
Flexibility in UX Design: Candidates must have experience in enterprise, consumer, and mobile UX design
AGILE Experience: Essential, with a strong background in consumer product design
Tools: Figma experience is mandatory. Sketch background is acceptable, but Figma proficiency is required as teams are transitioning fully to Figma. Lack of Miro experience is acceptable
Diverse Project Experience: Portfolio should showcase a variety of projects, highlighting challenges and solutions
User Needs Understanding: Ability to understand user needs, design solutions, and presentation skills
Collaborative Work: Demonstrated past collaboration experience and its impact
Preferred
Financial Industry: Relevant experience is beneficial but not as critical as design expertise
Design Systems: Familiarity with using and implementing design systems is crucial. Uses ETHOS, similar to Figma's library system. Candidates should show how they have utilized established design systems to their benefit in large enterprises
