Responsibilities
Take ownership of the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of financial and operating budgets at the site level
Drive the site’s financial future by creating accurate forecasts and preparing quarterly tax provisions
Maintain the highest standards of financial integrity by ensuring SOX compliance and administering site-specific accounting policies
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and ensuring the proper consolidation of project entities
Deliver timely, high-level financial reporting that provides site leadership with a clear picture of operational performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
5+ years of experience managing financial operations and accounting policy administration
Proficiency with SAP, FMIP, or Passport is a strong asset
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of general financial reporting and consolidation processes
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex accounting policies in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
A CPA or Master's degree in a related field is highly preferred
