Responsibilities

Train to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).  Follow work order information, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process while maintaining FDA requirements
Independently execute work regarding variety work cells of filling department
Identify and recommend quality improvements including but not limited to production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiencies
Ability to complete appropriate paperwork, maintain accurate records of production and report status of work
Participating in kaizen/5S events, cross training to different work cells, completing quality and safety tasks as assigned

Required

High school degree (or equivalent degree)
2+ years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and the basic Windows operating system

Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g., FDA, ISO)
