Sweeps, mops, waxes and uses buffers on floors; cleans bathrooms, offices, and other special purpose facilities; empties trash cans (80%)
Picks up litter in parking lots and other City areas; washes windows (20%)
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or equivalent
Some knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment and ability to use them economically and efficiently
Ability to understand oral and written directions
Ability to get along with others
Ability to read and write
Drug screening and criminal background check required
