Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, and sector databases for crypto‑exposed companies and instruments
Perform fundamental, industry, and competitive analysis on exchanges, infrastructure providers, miners, asset managers, and other crypto‑linked businesses
Monitor and synthesize sector news, on‑chain and market data, regulatory developments, and key industry events into concise research outputs
Draft sections of company notes, sector pieces, and thematic reports under the guidance of senior analysts
Prepare materials for internal discussions, investment committees, and client or management meetings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business from a reputable institution with a top‑tier undergraduate business/finance or accounting program
Demonstrated interest in investing, as evidenced by participation in an investment or finance club, involvement in student‑run funds, personal trading activity, or self‑directed research
Genuine interest in crypto and digital assets, with working knowledge of key concepts (blockchain technology, major L1s/L2s, stablecoins, and DeFi)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with significant expertise in Excel; familiarity with basic financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly, concisely, and objectively
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, markets‑driven environment
