The role involves assisting with the machine setup and distribution efforts during a laptop migration, supporting and maintaining organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.

Responsibilities
Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Able to work in a team as well as independently
Ability to configure (image) laptops and desktops (SCCM imaging using thumb drives), USB PXE Boot
Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and company owned mobile devices
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and VPN connection issues
Time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on deskside support experience
2+ years' experience with SCCM
Experience with Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Education requirement: ASSOCIATES OR BACHELORS OR HIGHER
Preferred
CompTIA A+ certification for computer technology
