Preparation of administration & probate petitions in Surrogate’s Courts, and in local New York Counties
Preparing gift tax returns and deed transfer documents
Transferring of stock certificates (for deceased)
Fully knowledgeable in preparation of federal estate tax returns as well as all facets of general estate and trust administration
On-line research will be required
Informal accounting for the estates
Qualification
