As a Security Officer - Flex Unarmed Patrol Agent in Montgomery, AL, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and maintain detailed records of patrols and incidents.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences during patrols
Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees with questions and provide directions as needed
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement when required for incident response
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site protocols
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of security-related experience are required
At least 21 years of age is required
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
Alarm panel experience is preferred
