Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, and creating pipeline for the senior sales team.

Responsibilities

Prospect and engage new business through outbound prospecting
Qualify leads and build sales pipeline for senior sales team members
Work both marketing-generated leads and self-sourced opportunities
Use CRM tools to manage outreach and track activity
Maintain accurate CRM records and share feedback to improve sales and messaging
Support product demonstrations and assist with sales preparation as needed

Required

2–3 years of B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or business development experience
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-up
Experience using CRM and sales intelligence tools (Salesforce preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
