Responsibilities
Manage multiple tasks and deliverables within set deadlines
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll operations
Monitor and manage credit, debit, and ATM card programs
Oversee the operational status and cash levels of rented ATMs
Collaborate with the Payments Team to address payroll-related issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalency
3-5 years of experience in banking or credit union operations
3-5 years of member/customer relations experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
