Responsibilities
Support venture capital fund formation and ongoing fund operations
Maintain and manage fund formation checklists and closing materials
Review and process investor subscription documents
Coordinate and organize general partner, main fund, side fund, and management company entities
Distribute closing documents and prepare closing volumes
Assist with federal and state securities filings
Support transfers of fund interests, including preparing transfer documentation and reviewing investor eligibility
Work closely with attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of fund matters
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in venture fund formation or investment funds
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities
BS or BA degree required
