The role involves maintaining accurate data, supporting shipment coordination, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems
Handle high volumes of data entry with speed and precision
Support the logistics and account management teams with daily scheduling and load entry
Track and resolve issues related to shipments and data discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and validate information
Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing best practices
Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to support daily logistics operations
Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
