Structure and negotiate complex corporate transactions, M&A, joint ventures, and financing deals for diverse businesses
Draft agreements, conduct due diligence, and advise on governance and commercial contracts
Handle real estate-tied transactional work, including acquisitions and leasing for corporate clients
Collaborate on multidisciplinary matters blending corporate, tax, and real estate expertise
Build client portfolios through strategic counseling and opportunity-spotting in ongoing matters
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in New Jersey
3+ years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A, joint ventures, and financing deals
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Experience with due diligence and advising on governance and commercial contracts
Ability to handle real estate-tied transactional work, including acquisitions and leasing
Collaborative mindset and ability to work on multidisciplinary matters
Proven ability to build client portfolios through strategic counseling
